How to effectively manage field canvassing team utilizing SPOTIO! OVERVIEW Usually Managers inside SPOTIO will spend their time using both our web application and our mobile application so with we have broken down the checklist to the application type. You may see topics that overlap and that's because you can perform it on both the web and mobile.   Web Application:   Map View: Is how you can see PINs on a Map view - x Add PINs by tap and manually Re-knock pins and how to view the PIN history of each PIN.   How to change the map view and zoom in and out and find their location. List View: Is where they can see the PINs listed out in a list - x.   Customize the view by changing out what columns you see Open PIN details or be redirected to the map by tapping the address. Search for a PIN Understanding the Filter Panel: where you’ll have the ability to drill down what they see when they are looking at the Map or List view.  - x Filter down by users, statuses, dates, location verified and more.   Search field which will search for details inside the PIN inside your database (it isn’t like google maps). Trigger bulk actions like bulk reassign or bulk changing statues. Territory Management: create and assign specific territories for each sales rep within the app, which saves countless hours of searching for the ideal area to work - x How to add, edit, and remove territories Reassign option for existing PINs User Management Add, Update and Inactivate users to build out your team. Set User & Pin permissions and what each user should be set up with based off what your team has been doing to date. Dashboard: That this is the graphical breakdown of how their team is performing over a given time.   Based off the 5 KPI groups (attempts, contacts, qualified, lead and sales) that are tied to the Statues. - x Reporting: This is how to get the granular breakdown of the dashboard or the history of each pin.   Understand the types of reports we have available  - x Export them as well as creating a template for a report they may run regularly. Calendar: This is where you can view the appointments added by the team as well as add any appointments to the team calendar. -x   Mobile App:   Map View: Is how they can see their PINs on a Map view. They should know how to  - x Add PINs by tap and manually Re-knock pins and how to view the PIN history of each PIN.   How to change the map view and zoom in and out and find their location. List View: Is where they can see the PINs listed out in a list. They can  - x Open the PIN details Search for a PIN Filtering (Funnel Icon): Is where we give them the ability to drill down what they see when they are looking at the Map or List view.   Filter down by users, statuses and dates.   What it looks like when filters are applied and how this can affect searched results and displayed data Territory Management: allows you to see where on the map your sales manager wants you to spend your time knocking How to access or search for the territory they are assigned to. Leaderboard: This is a friendly competition builder that show you how each rep is performing in comparison to each other. Based off the 5 KPI groups (attempts, contacts, qualified, lead and sales) that are tied to the Statues. Appointments:  This is the mobile section where you’ll see any current or future scheduled appointments.   Currently historical appointments are only visible inside the specific PIN or on the Calendar on the web app. Planner and calendar view -x
