Connectivity: Turn off 5G on iPhone & Android to optimize performance

As the 5G Network has rolled out with the promise of faster data speeds, many have instead reported decreased performance even in "high signal areas" & faster battery drain on their device when 5G is active. We have experienced improved app performance in most cases when the 5G Network is turned off.  How to turn off 5G on iPhone & iPad On your iPhone or iPad device: Open Settings. Select Cellular.
