Working Hours

SPOTIO's new "Working Hours" feature offers enhanced privacy and autonomy for both managers and sales reps. Users can customize their working hours, selecting specific days and start/stop times, providing flexibility and control over their schedules. This feature addresses the needs of users, fostering a trusting environment and enabling effective teamwork while respecting personal boundaries and preferences. Working Hours - Web App To set up Working Hours on the web app: Login to the SPOTIO web app. Click the Profile icon in the right top corner. Click Profile Settings Click Location Sharing Choose from All the Time, Working Hours, or Never.  Set hours according to your specific work days and times If you have chosen "Working Hours" preference you will need to designate specific days and times for your location to be shared. Tip:  The time range when setting your "Working Hours" applies to every day that is selected. Choose hours that best meet your daily needs.  Tip: Managers and Admins can set their preference to Never to allow for complete privacy. Working Hours - Mobile App To set up Working Hours on the mobile app: Login to the mobile app. Select the Profile icon at the top left. The location and activity data is updated every minute; unless the representative is in Low Data Mode.
