How to upgrade your SPOTIO account
If you started your trial or paid subscription to SPOTIO on a lower level plan, Agility/Individual or Accelerate/Team and want to upgrade your account, you can do that directly inside the SPOTIO Web App. Steps to Upgrade: To access the Web App you will go to app.spotio.com and log in using your username (email address) and password. When you are logged in you will see the settings icon on the left side navigation panel, select it. When the settings menu opens, hit the + next to "Account" to open the drop-down menu From the drop down menu hit Account Detail When the Account Details page loads, at the top of the page you will see the plan that you are currently enrolled in with an orange button to the right saying “upgrade”, click that After clicking upgrade, you will be taken to a new page where you will be able to set a demo for the plan level you'd like to move the account to. Pick the plan that you wish to set the demo for by selecting the "See A Demo" button at the bottom of the plan details. Fill out the Demo Request Form and expect a call within 15 minutes during business hours ( Mon - Fri 8am-5pm ) Check out our video walking you through how to upgrade below:
