📊 Multiple Roles in My Reports

Released in: Web 2.59 (January 16th, 2025) Overview: SPOTIO’s My Reports now supports multiple role types in a single report, eliminating the need to create separate reports for different user roles. Key Enhancements: Previously, reports could only include one role at a time, requiring users to generate multiple reports for Managers, Sales Reps, and Admins. Now, users can select multiple role types at once when building a report, allowing for side-by-side comparisons of activity metrics across different user types. ✅ Benefit: Saves time by reducing the number of reports needed and provides a clearer comparison of performance across roles in a single view.   📸 See the screenshot below for the My Report setup page, where users can now select multiple role types.
