Enable Door to Door Mobile Experience

Door to Door Mobile Experience is a feature that an admin can enable via the web app that will change the mobile experience for the sales reps.  It is currently only something that can be changed by anyone with an admin permission. Door to Door Mobile Experience is optimal for Business to Consumer (B2C) accounts as it will allow their canvassers to streamline their canvassing activities when working through a residential neighborhood. Door to Door Mobile Experience vs Normal Mobile App Door to Door Mobile Experience When the door to door mode is enabled this will be able to allow you to record a quick knock for a ‘not home’ when you are at the door.  This will allow two short taps on the screen to record when a person is not home rather than having to go through the entire lead entering the process. Now tap on the map to place a lead, you will select visit and then receive a pop up asking if you are wanting to record a ‘not at home’ or a ‘contacted’.  If it is a ‘not at home’, select the ‘not at home’ pop up and that is all you have to do to record the visit to the location. If you made contact with the lead then you would select ‘contacted’ and be taken to the new lead page where you will be able to enter in all the lead information such as name, number, email and any details as well as determine the stage that is appropriate for them to be entered into. Non-Door to Door Mobile Experience: If you don’t enable Door to Door Mobile Experience than when you go out to your location you are working, you will be immediately taken to the New Lead page were you will be able to enter in all the information for the contact as well as determine the appropriate stage for the lead before saving the lead and moving on to the next location.  This is ideal for accounts who work with businesses (B2B) who don’t quickly work from one lead to another.
