Web App: How to View Record Details on the Web

Reviewing record details on the web is a great way to see everything that has been logged in a record along with its complete history, current stage, owner, attachments, notes, photos, and any signed documents that have been added.    View the Record's History and Upcoming Activities Select the record on the map that you'd like to review Select the record's name to open its details Record details default to Activities where you can view Upcoming scheduled activities such as appointments, calls, visits, etc. Select the History tab to view all of the record's historical activities View the Record's Contact Information Select the record on the map that you'd like to review Select the record's name to open its details Select the Details icon in the panel on the right to view the record's contact information such as phone number, email address, etc. View Files That Have Been Uploaded to a Record Select the record on the map that you'd like to review Select the record's name to open its details Select the Files paperclip icon in the panel on the right to view all files and photos that have been attached to the record
