What is DASH? DASH is SPOTIO's AI co-pilot built specifically for field sales teams. It's a smart assistant embedded directly inside SPOTIO that answers questions, prepares reps for every visit, handles busywork, and keeps teams connected — all through simple chat, voice, and photo input. DASH turns everyday field activity into cleaner data, faster follow-up, and more consistent execution across every territory. It's not a side tool — it's part of your operating system. DASH includes four core capability pillars: DASH IQ — Instant intelligence and answers before, during, and between visits DASH Actions — Workflow execution that turns conversations into completed tasks DASH Go — Hands-free, voice-first workflows built for the road DASH Connect — Integration with the LLMs and tools your team already uses Getting Started with DASH DASH is accessible from both the SPOTIO mobile app and web app. On mobile, DASH replaces the previous "+" icon, giving you one central hub for actions, guidance, and AI assistance. Every action requires your confirmation before anything is written to SPOTIO, so you always stay in control. Always Human-Approved: Every DASH action shows a confirmation preview before writing any changes to SPOTIO. DASH Connect extends DASH's capabilities beyond the SPOTIO app. It connects SPOTIO to the LLM of your choice — such as Claude or ChatGPT — and from there to tools your team already uses, including CRMs through SPOTIO's integration layer. Account Admins can manage the following settings in the SPOTIO web app. To access DASH settings: Click the Settings gear in the bottom left of the web app Navigate to the relevant AI settings section   Uploading Company Documents for DASH IQ DASH IQ can answer company-specific questions when company documents are uploaded, and AI Learning is enabled. To upload documents: Navigate to Company Docs in Settings Click to upload your documents (supported formats: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, AVI, MOV, ZIP — up to 30MB) Toggle on Enable AI Learning for the documents you want DASH to reference Document statuses: Processing — DASH is analyzing the document Active — DASH can reference this document when answering questions Incompatible — The file format is not supported   Tailoring DASH's Tone and Behavior Admins can define how DASH communicates — its tone, what it emphasizes, and which processes it reinforces. This ensures DASH sounds like your team, not a generic AI.   The Always Human-Approved Principle DASH is designed to accelerate your team's work without removing their control. Every write action — creating records, updating fields, scheduling activities, logging visits — requires explicit confirmation from the user before it is saved to SPOTIO. No changes happen automatically. Reps and managers always see exactly what DASH is about to do before it does it.   Frequently Asked Questions Can DASH take actions without my approval? No. Every action DASH performs that writes to SPOTIO requires the user to review a confirmation preview and tap Confirm. Nothing is saved automatically. Does DASH work offline? DASH requires an active connection to function. For offline field work, see the Download My Day feature. Who can use DASH? DASH is available to all users on Standard AI plans. Some features — such as Company Doc Answers (DASH IQ) and Email/Text Drafting — may require additional configuration by your Account Admin. Can admins control what DASH says and how it responds? Yes. Admins can customize DASH's tone, behavioral constraints, topics to avoid, and structured response patterns through the Custom Chat Behavior settings. What if DASH gives me an incorrect answer? DASH's responses are based on your company's uploaded documents, SPOTIO's knowledge base, and record data. Yes. DASH is available on both the SPOTIO mobile app and web app. DASH Go (voice-first experience) is optimized for mobile use. Can managers see what reps are doing with DASH?
